How do I login with my username and password?

On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “LOGIN.” Enter your username and your password and click “Login.”

Alternatively, you can use your email address instead of your username.  We must have your email address on file for you to use this option.

If you are logging in on your personal computer, you may check “Remember me on this device” before clicking the login button.  This will keep you logged in unless you explicitly logout, or you clear your browser’s cookies.

Note that this keeps you logged in only on the current browser.  For example, if you use both Chrome and Edge and you use this option in Chrome, you will be logged in on Chrome but not on Edge.

How do I login with a one-time PIN sent to my phone?

In order to use this feature we must have your text-capable phone number on file

On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “LOGIN.” At the bottom of the login form click the “Send PIN to phone” link.  You must then enter your phone number and select your mobile service provider.  If your phone number is on file, you will receive a text message from us with a PIN number.  Enter the PIN number and click the “Sign In” button.

Note that the PIN number may only be used once, and expires after a few minutes.

How do I login with an email link?

How do I change or reset my password?

I have forgotten my password and need to reset it

In order to reset your password, we must have your email address on file

On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “LOGIN.” At the bottom of the login form click the “Forgot your password?” link.  You must then enter your email address or username.  If your email address is on file, you will receive an email from us with the subject “[My Bradford Village] Password Reset”.  Open the email message and click on the link in it.  If the link is not clickable just copy and paste it into your web browser.

The link will take you to a form on which you may enter a new password.  your password must meet certain complexity rules, which are displayed on the form. Click the “Reset Password” button to set your new password.

I know my password; I just want to change it

On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, you will see your name displayed.  If you see “LOGIN” you will need to login first.  Click the drop-down arrow to the right of your name and select “My Profile.”  When your profile is displayed, simply enter your new password in the “Password” box and again in the “Confirm Password” box.

Your password must meet certain complexity rules, such as a minimum length.  To display these rules place your mouse pointer on the question mark to the right of the password boxes (you do not need to click on the question mark).

When you have entered your new password, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Member” button.

If your password is successfully changed, you will be logged out immediately so you must log in using your new password.

How do I login?

You can use one of the following methods:

  • Username  or email address and password.
  • Have us send you an email with a link you can click on to login. Preferred method
  • Have us send you a text message with a one-time PIN you can use to login.

What web browser should I use?

These browsers have been tested on Windows 10 and Linux and are fully compatible with MyBradfordVillage:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • New Edge (Windows only)
  • Opera
  • Vivaldi
  • Brave
  • note that Internet Explorer is not recommended

Apple users: Safari is not recommended with MyBradfordVillage.  If you encounter issues with Safari, we suggest you install one of the browsers listed above.  If you encounter issues using one of these browsers on iOS, please submit a bug report or email us at bradfordvillageweb@gmail.com.

We will be testing mobile browsers over the next few months.  Please note that Opera Mini & Opera Mobile are not recommended.
