Login

You can use one of the following methods:

  • Have us send you an email with a link you can click on to login. Preferred method
  • Have us send you a text message with a one-time PIN you can use to login. Preferred method
  • Username  or email address and password.

Note that your email or phone number must be unique.  If they are both shared with your partner 
you must use a username and password.

Each of these methods is described in detail in its own FAQ.

We suggest you login via and email link or PIN sent to your phone.

On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “LOGIN.” Enter your username and your password and click “Login.”

Alternatively, you can use your email address instead of your username.  We must have your email address on file for you to use this option.

If you are logging in on your personal computer, you may check “Remember me on this device” before clicking the login button.  This will keep you logged in unless you explicitly logout, or you clear your browser’s cookies.

Note that this keeps you logged in only on the current browser.  For example, if you use both Chrome and Edge and you use this option in Chrome, you will be logged in on Chrome but not on Edge.

In order to use this feature we must have your email address on file.

On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “LOGIN.” At the bottom of the login form click the “Send link to email” link. You must then enter your email address and click the “Send Email” button. If your email address is on file, you will receive an email from us with the subject “MyBradfordVillage Sign-In Link”. Open the email message and click on the link in it. If the link is not clickable just copy and paste it into your web browser.

Note that the link may only be used once, and expires after a few minutes.

This will take you to a form with a “Sign In” button. Just click the button and you will be logged in. If you are logging in on your personal computer, you may check “Remember me on this device” before clicking the sign in button. This will keep you logged in unless you explicitly logout, or you clear your browser’s cookies.

Note that this keeps you logged in only on the current browser. For example, if you use both Chrome and Edge and you use this option in Chrome, you will be logged in on Chrome but not on Edge.

You can repeat this process as often as you like; just remember the link is only good for one login.

On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “LOGIN.” Above the login form click the “Send a PIN to my phone” link. You must then enter your phone number and click the “Sign In” button. If your phone number is on file, you will receive a text message from us with a PIN number, and the site will ask you for the PIN. Enter the PIN number and click the “Sign In” button.

Note that the PIN number may only be used once, and expires after a few minutes.

In order to reset your password, we must have your email address on file; otherwise, please send an email to bradfordvillagweb@gmail.com for assistance

On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “LOGIN.” At the bottom of the login form click the “Forgot your password?” link.  You must then enter your email address or username.  If your email address is on file, you will receive an email from us with the subject “[My Bradford Village] Password Reset”.  Open the email message and click on the link in it.  If the link is not clickable just copy and paste it into your web browser.

The link will take you to a form on which you may enter a new password.  your password must meet certain complexity rules, which are displayed on the form. Click the “Reset Password” button to set your new password.
