I have forgotten my password and need to reset it
In order to reset your password, we must have your email address on file
On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on “LOGIN.” At the bottom of the login form click the “Forgot your password?” link. You must then enter your email address or username. If your email address is on file, you will receive an email from us with the subject “[My Bradford Village] Password Reset”. Open the email message and click on the link in it. If the link is not clickable just copy and paste it into your web browser.
The link will take you to a form on which you may enter a new password. your password must meet certain complexity rules, which are displayed on the form. Click the “Reset Password” button to set your new password.
I know my password; I just want to change it
On the right side of the menu bar at the top of the screen, you will see your name displayed. If you see “LOGIN” you will need to login first. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of your name and select “My Profile.” When your profile is displayed, simply enter your new password in the “Password” box and again in the “Confirm Password” box.
Your password must meet certain complexity rules, such as a minimum length. To display these rules place your mouse pointer on the question mark to the right of the password boxes (you do not need to click on the question mark).
When you have entered your new password, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Member” button.
If your password is successfully changed, you will be logged out immediately so you must log in using your new password.
